kauto Star wins gold cup because, given a very bad ride by Mccoy last time out, no doubt he is wrong type of jockey for the champion, he can not put a horse to a fence, you need a real horseman, namely, jacobs or walsh. Kauto will win the gold cup, snap up the 8/1.

WHY OH WHY CAN WE NOT HAVE A RACE FOR AMATEUR TRAINERS AT EACH OF THE CHELTENHAM MEETINGS yes a hunter chase for trainers not related to professional trainers or permit holders, it is an oppertunity for cheltenham to show its love of the grass roots of racing, after all you do have a hunter chase evening fixture,but its open to all the trainers of hunter chases
